Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Available shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are displayed before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery timing.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order number and photographs of the package and contents so we can review the issue.
