Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

Reset Supply accepts research-product orders only from eligible research organizations and their authorized buyers. No order is accepted for fulfillment until the applicable account and product-use requirements are satisfied.

If we cannot fulfill an order

If Reset cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will cancel the unfulfilled portion and refund the amount paid for that portion. We will contact you when fulfillment cannot be completed as expected.

Incorrect or damaged products

Contact support@reset-supply.com promptly, preferably within three days of delivery, with the order number and clear photographs of the product, label and shipping package. Keep the product unopened and retain the packaging while we review the issue. Once an incorrect shipment is confirmed, we will arrange a correction at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the affected unfulfilled or incorrect portion. For shipping damage, contact Reset for review; carrier documentation may also be needed. Do not discard the package before the review is complete.

Missing or undelivered shipments

Contact Reset and the carrier so the shipment can be investigated. A tracking status alone does not complete our review of a reported delivery problem. We will explain the findings and the applicable resolution.

Cancellations and general returns

Request a cancellation or address correction before processing begins. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment. General change-of-mind returns and opened research products are not accepted unless applicable law requires otherwise. This restriction does not remove the remedies described above for an order Reset cannot fulfill or a confirmed incorrect shipment.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through the original payment method where supported. Processor and bank settlement times vary; a refund decision is not a promise of a particular bank-credit date. For any future independent-practice seller checkout, the seller and applicable refund responsibilities will be disclosed before payment.
