Version 2026-08-02. By applying to or participating in the Reset Affiliate Program (the “Program”), I agree to the following terms for myself and, if applicable, the business or organization I represent.

1. Eligibility, identity, and authority

I am at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and have provided complete and accurate application information. If I apply for a business or organization, I confirm that I am authorized to bind it. I will promptly notify Reset if any submitted information changes.

2. Qualified research customers only

I will promote Reset products only for lawful, independent, non-clinical laboratory research. I will share my link only with qualified independent researchers age 21 or older, research companies, laboratories, educational or commercial research organizations, or legitimate B2B purchasers whose intended use is lawful research. I will not target general consumers or anyone seeking products for personal, household, human, or veterinary use.

3. No human or veterinary use

I will never market, recommend, sell, or facilitate Reset products for ingestion, injection, topical application, inhalation, administration, compounding, dosing, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, prevention, performance enhancement, weight loss, bodybuilding, or any other human or veterinary use. I will not imply that a “research use only” statement makes personal use lawful or safe.

4. Screening and refusal duty

If a prospective buyer states, suggests, or gives me reason to believe that a product may be used on or in a person or animal, I will not provide or continue promoting my affiliate link to that person. I will stop the interaction, direct the person away from purchasing for that purpose, and report the concern to Reset. I will not help a buyer conceal, relabel, or misstate an intended use.

5. No medical, administration, or human-benefit claims

I will not make express or implied claims about health benefits, safety, effectiveness, clinical outcomes, medical conditions, body structure or function, dosage, reconstitution, administration routes, cycles, protocols, side effects, or interactions. I will not use patient stories, testimonials, before-and-after content, clinical imagery, medical endorsements, or research summaries to suggest a human benefit. I will not state or imply that any product is FDA-approved, safe for human use, a drug, medicine, supplement, cosmetic, or substitute for professional care.

6. Accurate and approved marketing

I will use only current Reset-approved product names, images, descriptions, certificates, disclosures, and research-use statements. I will not alter certificates, labels, packaging, test results, or product information; create misleading scarcity or earnings claims; impersonate Reset; register a confusing domain or account name; or make any statement that Reset has not authorized. Reset may require me to edit or remove content immediately.

7. Clear affiliate disclosure

Whenever I share or endorse through my affiliate link, I will clearly and conspicuously disclose my material connection to Reset near the link or endorsement, using plain language such as: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” I will not hide the disclosure in a bio, behind “more,” in vague terms, or where a reasonable viewer is unlikely to notice it.

8. Lawful channels and communications

I will comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, email, text-message, platform, and research-product laws and rules. I will not send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, purchase or misuse personal data, target minors, use deceptive ads, or place my link in communities or content that promote human or veterinary use.

9. Link integrity and prohibited attribution practices

My link is personal to my approved account. I will not transfer it to an unapproved promoter, operate sub-affiliates, use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, adware, misleading buttons, fake identities, self-referrals, artificial clicks, duplicate accounts, fraudulent orders, or any other method that misstates who referred a sale. I am responsible for content and conduct associated with my link.

10. Orders, tiers, fulfillment, and commissions

Reset controls whether an order is accepted and handles packaging, fulfillment, returns, and customer service. I will not take possession of, relabel, repackage, resell, or independently fulfill products under the Program unless Reset separately authorizes it in writing.

Standard commission tiers are Starter: 15% for 1–9 completed qualifying orders; Growth: 20% for 10–29 completed qualifying orders; and Pro: 25% for 30 or more completed qualifying orders. Higher commission rates apply only to future orders and are not retroactive. VIP rates of up to 30% are invitation only and apply solely to selected eligible products or campaigns approved by Reset.

Only completed, paid, non-refunded orders count toward tier progression. Commission is calculated on the eligible product subtotal after discounts. Shipping, taxes, testing or COA fees, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, gift cards, wholesale orders, and dropship orders do not earn affiliate commission. Self-referrals are prohibited and do not count toward progression.

Commission rates may vary by product or collection, and some low-margin products may be excluded from higher commission tiers. Commissions remain subject to the Program’s existing payout holding period. Reset may remove, reverse, or withhold commission for returns, fraud, prohibited conduct, ineligible products, excluded orders, or violations of this agreement.

11. Records, monitoring, and cooperation

I will keep reasonable records of where and how I promote Reset, promptly provide requested examples or records, cooperate with compliance reviews, and report suspected misuse or adverse events to Reset. Reset may monitor public promotions, investigate referrals and orders, and pause tracking or payment while reviewing possible violations.

12. Suspension, termination, and responsibility

Reset may reject an application, suspend or terminate participation, disable a link, remove an attributed order, or withhold or reverse unpaid commissions when Reset reasonably suspects a legal, safety, fraud, policy, or agreement violation. I am an independent participant, not an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, or legal representative of Reset, and I have no authority to bind Reset or make promises on its behalf.

13. Responsibility, indemnification, and electronic acceptance

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I accept responsibility for my marketing, communications, audience selection, link distribution, and violations of this agreement, and I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reset and its owners, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from my conduct, content, breach, or unlawful use of the Program. My typed name and checked acceptance are my electronic signature. Reset may require acceptance of updated terms before continued participation.

End of agreement. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to every section above.
