Does Reset Supply sell directly to consumers?
Reset Supply’s purchasing policy restricts research-product transactions to verified research organizations and their authorized buyers. Organizations that want access must apply through the wholesale application or the dropship application.
What is the minimum order quantity for a wholesale account?
Wholesale orders start at 10 boxes, equal to 100 vials, per product. Volume pricing is tiered, with separate tiers at 10–19 boxes and at 20 or more boxes. Specific per-unit pricing is provided in writing after account approval and is subject to product availability, written terms, and applicable law.
How does the wholesale application process work?
The process has five stages:
- Apply. Submit the wholesale application with your business contact details and the products you are interested in.
- Approval. Reset Supply reviews the application and verifies the business.
- Place order. Approved accounts receive written pricing and place an order against agreed terms.
- Third-party testing. The lot allocated to the order is submitted for independent laboratory analysis.
- Shipment. The order ships from the United States with its lot documentation.
Are certificates of analysis provided?
Yes. Every lot is independently analyzed and a batch-specific certificate of analysis is available. For wholesale and private label accounts, certificates of analysis can be issued in the buyer's own company name. Lot-specific documentation and chain-of-custody options are available on request.
Who performs the third-party testing?
Independent laboratory analysis is performed by Accumark Labs. Verified reports are published as batch-specific records that can be opened directly from the Lab Results page, so a buyer can confirm a report against the issuing laboratory rather than relying on a supplier-hosted document alone.
What specifications are products supplied to?
Products are supplied as lyophilized powder in single vials, tested to a purity specification of 99% or greater by HPLC and mass spectrometry. Single compounds and multi-compound blends are both available. Available strengths vary by product and are confirmed at the time of quoting.
Does Reset Supply offer private labeling?
Yes. Private labeling is available to approved wholesale accounts, including certificates of analysis issued in the buyer's company name and consistent lot-specific documentation across orders.
Does Reset Supply offer dropshipping?

Reset Supply supplies research products and related supplies under its Research-Use Policy. Reset Sync records organization review, individual member verification, provider signatures and the intended laboratory research use of each order.

Each provider document requires its own drawn electronic signature applying to that entire individual document. Signing is separate from research organization and buyer verification. Current document versions retain their stated review or execution status.
Account access and ordering
Who may purchase research products?
Purchasing is restricted to verified research organizations and their individually authorized buyers. A provider invitation, professional-use label, NPI number or signed provider document does not independently grant eligibility.
How do providers give their organization’s members access?
Providers create or invite member accounts through Reset Sync. Each member submits their research role, intended use and research-only consent. The organization owner or Reset administrator records identity, email ownership, affiliation and purchasing authorization before access is granted; owners cannot approve their own buyer account.
What must an organization submit?
The owner submits organization information, its research purpose, the research facility address and a supporting evidence PDF for Reset review. The owner also completes the five required provider documents and their own separate buyer verification.
What is recorded for each research order?
Reset Sync requires the buyer’s current authorization, an approved research organization, a per-order laboratory research purpose and explicit consent excluding human or animal administration. Orders use the verified research facility shipping address. Invited-member requests also receive organization review.
Where are verification and signed records stored?
Provider signed documents remain private in the provider document section and Reset admin review. Organization evidence is available to the owner and Reset administrators. Research access decisions and order-use records are stored privately with the responsible account and time.
Does a public product page grant purchasing approval?
No. Public product information is not evidence of eligibility. Use the approved organization purchasing workflow and contact Reset for purchasing instructions. The portal verification gate does not itself verify eligibility in a separate Shopify checkout.
